With the outbreak of COVID-19, many organisations have had to adapt to different ways of organising their work, managing their teams and delivering their services. From adopting remote working to exploring online ways to collaborate, organisational models have become more decentralised and agile, while staff and teams have had to learn how to be more autonomous and self-organising.
 

To help leaders and staff from across our membership leverage the opportunities of this organisational transformation, UICC is pleased to invite you to take part in a Special Focus Dialogue on “Managerless but leaderful: what self-managing organisations can teach us about leadership”, this coming Thursday, 11th June at 13:00-14:30 CEST (11:00-12.30 GMT/UTC; 07:00-08:30 New York; 14:00-15:30 Nairobi; 19:00-20:30 Singapore).  

Led by self-management coaches and practitioners from the health and care sectors, this dialogue will allow participants to explore the tools that will enable them to lead a positive change in new ways of working.
