CLL Advocates Network is closely monitoring the strategies being implemented in various countries to manage the COVID-19 virus. Much of the information about COVID-19 does not address the concerns of people with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL). To fill this gap, the CLL Advocates Network has prepared a Statement on the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and CLL patients that you will find attached to this e-mail and on our website. The objective of the statement is to provide extra advice and guidance for CLL patients and support you with information and resources.

 

Please spread the word and share the statement within your patient groups and with anyone for whom this may be relevant. The statement is currently available in English language only. Further languages will follow soon. If you can help translate the statement into your respective language, we would be grateful for support. Please also be informed that on Friday 27 March, the CLL Society is hosting a COVID-19 Virtual Community Meeting that will allow CLL patients engage in a question-and-answer town hall format with leading physicians, pharmacists and scientist with expertise in COVID-19 testing.
