This year marks the 20th anniversary of the approval of the first targeted therapy in CML that made a life-changing prognosis for many CML patients. However, there is still a serious lack of access to standard treatments and monitoring tools for CML patients in many countries over the world.
There are still CML patients around the world without access to life-saving treatments.
No cancer patient deserves to die due to the lack of treatment.
Access is needed because without it nothing else matters.
Therefore, we call all our members, friends and supporters to join the international movement on World CML Day
by organising awareness activities, from small gatherings or social media posts to large-scale events.
